If you feel bad at 10 miles, you’re in trouble. If you feel bad at 20 miles, you’re normal. If you don’t feel bad at 26 miles, you’re abnormal.
Day 1 - 26km = 16.1 miles
Day 2 - 22 km = 13.6 miles
Day 3 - 22km = 13.6 miles
